NU Eatery
Hoi An's little foodie secret
Nu Eatery is a diminutive townhouse with a central but discreet alleyway location. The restaurant itself seats 20 at most, with just five tables and a few bench seats on the balcony. Though things can get pretty busy during the evening shift, potter down for lunch and you'll likely have the place to yourselves. Menus are seasonal, but
sweet sophistication is evergreen; highlights include pork buns, tropical salads and the finest pulled pork brioche on the planet.
