The Little Menu is a story of sustainability, with a seed-to-table menu that aims to come from within a 15-mile radius. Every dish is served with a literally picked this morning freshness - fruit and vegetables have never travelled far around here. 
The food is spectacular and not just for the veggie-hearted: menu highlights are the stuffed squid, Ha Noi Bun Cha and Chef Son Tran's cold smoked and cured meats - all washed down with a glass of red (some things are best imported).

Duck spring rolls, pork tenderloin, seared tuna, stuffed squid. For dessert: white chocolate mousse with passionfruit.
